When and where is the worship service?
Sunday morning worship at 10:30 am, we are at the corner of Main Street and Loop 539 downtown Cibolo, 108 S. Main St., across for the new city hall and next to Harmon’s Barbeque. Parking is available in the back of the church as well as the city complex across Loop 539.
What is the worship service like?
Preaching and sacraments, confession and affirmation, hymns and songs, passing of the peace … throughout the service we seek to embody the gospel – the good news story of God reconciling sinners to himself in Jesus Christ.
What about my children?
We have a terrific children’s ministry for all ages. A full nursery is available during worship.
How will I know where to go?
A greeter will be inside the front door ready to help you.
Is there Sunday School?
We have Sunday School during the school year (Sept-May) for adults and children of all ages. Classes start at 9:30AM. Children & Youth meet in the Fellowship Hall. Adults meet in the parsonage.
Should I dress up?
There is no dress code so wear whatever is comfortable. People wear everything from shorts to a sports coat.
What if I need to step out of the service?
There’s also a speaker in the Cry Room located at the back of the Sanctuary as well as video feed in the nursery.
How can I get better connected?
We have Wednesday evening Bible Study at 7 pm, Bible Study does not meet on the first Wednesday of the month. SPEC Supper Club the first Wednesday of the month at 6pm. Women’s Fellowship the first Thursday of the month at noon, The Sewing Sisters the second and fourth Thursday at 9 am, The Community Breakfast and Bingo the third Thursday at 8:30 am, Community Christmas Breakfast in December, Vacation Bible School in the Summer, The Pumpkin Patch in the fall, and Wild Game Dinner in the Spring.
